Email support
Opens your email app. Please do not send patient information, passwords, or private medical images.
Report a problem from the app
- Open Settings → Report an issue, or use the report action on the affected card, illustration, or question.
- Describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps that led to the problem. For a content correction, identify the statement and a supporting reference.
- Choose Save report to keep a copy on your device.
- Choose Open email draft, review the message, and send it from your email app. You can also copy the report and email it yourself.
Saving a report does not send it. You can reopen a saved report under Settings → Saved reports. Reports include your description, issue type, related item when available, app/content version, and report time.
Help with common problems
A change could not be saved
Check available device storage and try the action again. An unsuccessful change has not been saved.
Saved data cannot be loaded
Keep the installation and its data if you want to preserve progress. Note the error message and app version when contacting support. Do not delete saved app data just to dismiss the warning.
A website or email app will not open
Use the offered copy action to open the address or send the report yourself. You can always email pocketxray.support@gmail.com directly.
The app closes unexpectedly
Include the device model, operating-system version, app version, and steps leading to the problem in your report. Check anything you share for private information.
I want to delete my saved progress
Go to Settings → Local data and privacy → Delete saved app data. After confirmation, this clears preferences, favorites, recently viewed cards, study history, and saved reports. Educational content remains available. Copies in email, backups, or other services are not deleted by this action.

Use Library to find exams and practice questions. Favorite an exam to keep it in Quick Guide. Preferences and study progress stay on your device; no account is needed.
